The Consortium of Moldovan Partners
The goal of the Consortium of Moldovan Partners Program is to support strong consultancy and/or training CSOs to build a Consortium of Moldovan Partners that will provide support services to Moldovan CSOs.
FHI 360 and Consortium of Moldovan Partners will join their effort and activities to improve CSOs’ capacities and support civil society in Moldova to become more transparent, constituent-driven, financially viable, and credible to the general public.
Our CMPs are organizations that show a great interest in developing civil society and have extensive experience and expertise in the organizational development of CSOs and other relevant areas. Our four CMPs, chosen through an open competition, are:
Provided services and activities:
• Facilitation of organizational assessments to identify organizational development priorities for the Agenda for Change Program (ACP) Grantees;
• Providing specialized services and tailored training, coaching and consultancy in organizational development for ACP and Inspire Program Grantees;
• Organization and delivery at both the national and regional levels (including Transnistria) of various activities related to MCSSP’s objectives, such as:
- Civil Society Cluster Clubs
- Thematic workshops
- Public Policy Forums
- Internship programs, exchange of experience
- Analyses and studies relevant to the NGO sector etc.
